People who raise the bar.

Beyond experience, we value people with intellectual rigor who challenge thinking, sharpen the way we work, and bring informed perspectives. We want system improvers, not people pleasers.

Builders, not order takers.

We want people who like to get their hands dirty and take ownership from day one. People who are comfortable operating in ambiguity and who are not satisfied until they’ve solved the problem (even when they didn’t create it).

Directness and authenticity.

We look for people who care more about content than tone, and who are structured and to the point in their communication. We separate ideas from individuals and value the ability to share and receive honest feedback, even when it’s critical.
